High Dynamic Range (HDR Photos)

HDR photos are one of the biggest key components to making a photo stand out. It works by taking three photos ate the same time at three different exposures! This allows the camera to gather different amounts of light for each photo, which then you can combine while editing to combine all of their strengths.

License Drone Pilot

Being a “licensed Drone Pilot”( Having Part 107 license) might sound ridiculous, and it is , however the FAA does not mess around. The FAA does not allow any use of a drone for commercial use unless the pilot is certified with a part 107 License. This means that any use of a drone to sell property or even promote property is illegal without a Part 107 License.

Professional Editing

Professional editing is definitely required to make a listing pop. In the editing phase we take every single bracketed photo (three photos in one) and combine them for the optimal lighting. After we have combined the bracketed images we then look over all the images and touch up anything that might be disrupting the final result. If twilight photos are desired we then run the photo through a software creating the twilight photo.

Video Walkthrough

Video walkthroughs are one of the best ways to introduce the agent and the home at the same time. At Neidhardt media we use some of the best equipment the market has to offer, resulting in flawless image quality. One of the ways we video quality smooth is by using a gimbal for our camera that smoothens the video to create more professional walkthroughs and transitions.
